Enroll with us, then file a change-of-agent form with the Nevada Secretary of State along with the $60 state filing fee. We provide the form and confirm when the state processes the update.

What mail does your Nevada service cover?

Under Nevada requirements, a registered agent receives legal documents on behalf of business entities. Our service covers exactly that: service of process, lawsuits, subpoenas, Secretary of State correspondence, tax documents, and compliance alerts.

Government correspondence, such as notices tied to your Annual List or Business License, is scanned and posted to your dashboard at no charge for the first 3 pieces each year. Beyond that, and for any other mail that isn't service of process or state correspondence, we're glad to help — but shipping a physical original to you is a paid per-piece service, not something bundled free into the $99 plan.

Packages, Google Maps postcards, Amazon verification letters, and any third-party verification mailings are excluded from our service entirely. This is a registered agent address, not a general mailing address.
