Eligible Agents Under NRS 77.310
Nevada's appointment statute allows three routes:

- Noncommercial registered agent. An individual, or a domestic or foreign entity, serving for fewer than ten companies.
- An office or position in your own entity. Nevada permits naming the title of a position within the company as its agent, which is the state's self-service path.
